Since fulvic acid may contain a lot if heavy metals, I make sure to check for third party purity testing. The information on testing provided in the description and seller is contradictory. Theres mention on independent testing of this product and seller stated there is third party testing. When i asked for the results, the seller responded directly asking me to call the Director of operations. That, very clearly, does not solve by request. A call is very different from showing results that show levels of toxins, date of test, and labs that tested the product. When I requested an email, instead, the seller responded the following “ Hello Carmen. No offense, but a phone call is the only way we will make that determination, and also to get the exact info you are looking for. Besides, Amazon has removed your e-mail address from this string.”Third party results are something companies provide when requested and it needs to be shown in paper as the proof is in the documentation. The seller says “no offense” which is unprofessional as this is about business, not feelings. They also stated a phone call is the only way to make a determination. Determination of what?I repeatedly ask companies for third party testing results and they have emailed them, or let me know how to find them, without a problem. If they do no third party testing, they provide their independent testing.Because of this communication and hesitation to provide their testing paperwork, or trying to “make a determination” after a call, I no longer trust the professionalism if the company. Moreover, it makes me doubt about the quality of the product.I am trying to provide health benefits for my dog by introducing fulvic acid and minerals to her diet. I will not be giving her a product that could not be helping as it could possibly be full of toxins and heavy metals. This is, certainly, disappointing as there are people out there trying to detox their sick dogs in hopes to reverse painful conditions without the possibility of adding more issues to an already strained life.
