1. Order Processing

• Orders before 3PM PST are typically processed the same business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options during checkout:

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $65 (after discounts, before tax).

4. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

• International shipping is not yet available through our online store.

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

• Once your package is handed to the carrier, Nzymes is not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier.

• If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier first.

• For unresolved issues, email support@nzymes.com with your order number and we’ll do our best to help.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@nzymes.com. Include photos if possible — we’ll replace or credit your order promptly.

8. Shipping During Promotions or Holidays

During high-volume times (such as sales or holidays), processing and shipping may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
