Nzymes Mobile Messaging Terms of Service (SMS and RCS)

These terms govern the Nzymes text messaging program, operated by Biopet, Inc., doing business as Nzymes.

Program description. This is a mixed messaging program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages, including SMS and RCS messages, from Biopet, Inc. at the phone number you provided. These may include marketing messages such as promotions, product announcements, and cart reminders, as well as transactional messages such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and Auto-Ship renewal notices.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to participate.

How to opt out or get help. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact our team at support@nzymes.com or (877) 816-6500.

Message delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
